fTeez’s Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that potential delays due to a high volume of orders during holidays or postal service problems are outside of your control.  However, in such an event we will strive to keep you updated periodically on the status of your shipment.

Duties & Taxes

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. fTeez is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

   

How do I check the status of my order?

 

 When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fTeez.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

 Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment of the product.

Please contact us before you return your product for a refund as we do not give refunds for buyers’ remorse except for those residing in Brazil. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must email us at support@fteez.com and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at support@fteez.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore fTeez reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
